Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-9 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

ComplexExpress do not ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipment Notes

A. Delivery services are not available on the European affiliated islands.

B. Delivery will be available to all the United States, excluding remote areas such as Alaska, overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military address.

C. South Africa - no delivery service is available for South African affiliated islands and PO Boxes.

D. Poland - only the following 4 cities can accept packstation addresses: Warsaw, Wroclaw,Poznan, Krakow Packstation collection point.

E. Recipient’s phone number is required for shipments to Brazil.

F .All shipments will have a tracking number.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 3-5 business days after the shipment confirmation.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

ComplexExpress is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

ComplexExpress is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

Items shipping internationally may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value.
ComplexExpress set the item's declared value and must comply with customs declaration laws.
Buyers may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance.
Customs Fees may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance and will be paid by the buyer if they will apply.
